Tom Smith makes a wonderful variety of Celebration Crackers, which have been a European tradition since 1846. Also known as Christmas Crackers, each is filled with special novelty trinkets, a crown to wear and jokes to tell. The tradition is to gather around the table with a cracker, a crown, and a joke at every plate; then everyone puts on the crown, reads the joke, snaps the cracker and opens to find their gift.
