The Great Taste Awards is the most prestigious and authoritative food competition and without doubt, the Oscars of the world of fine food and drink. Organized by the Guild of Fine Food Retailers, the Awards has carved a reputation over the last decade as the acknowledged accreditation of quality for all speciality food and drink.

Over 4,500 food products were originally entered into the Great Taste Awards 2006 and put before a panel of highly regarded restaurateurs, food critics and food writers. Every food was blind tasted by the judges so that they were judged on taste alone. Only a selection of these was awarded the prestigious Gold award.

Made from the best quality oats, fruit, sugar and spices nairn's oat biscuits are available in three varieties Stem Ginger, Fruit & Spice and Mixed Berries. They contain no hydrogenated fat and have less sugar and more fibre that other healthy biscuits.
